Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to the leading European generics company on data exclusivity issue during generic product registration in Ukraine in view of amendments introduced into the Law of Ukraine “On Medicinal Products” on November 2011. Sayenko Kharenko’s support also included advice on advertising of medicinal products in view of the recent legislative developments.
