Sayenko Kharenko advised the stakeholders of Tonis on the sale of corporate rights

Sayenko Kharenko acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to the stakeholders of Tonis, the oldest private TV channel in Ukraine and the former USSR, on the sale of corporate rights.

Sayenko Kharenko advises the client on a number of issues: pre-sale restructuring, including corporate reorganization, debt restructuring, acting for the client in over 40 litigation proceedings in courts of all levels. Court protection also included the enforcement of securities pledged in favour of Transbank.
