Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to the world’s leading manufacturer of optical instruments and imaging products on a contractual structuring of distribution for Ukraine.
Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice on draft distribution agreement and services agreement to be entered into with Ukrainian distributors, advice on distribution-related issues (e.g. IP issues, product liability issues, delivery terms, tax and customs issues etc.), amending the said drafts in order to make it fully enforceable and operative in Ukraine as well as drafting a supply agreement for import of the products into Ukraine.
