Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to the world’s leading producer of isolation materials on possible countermeasures against "grey" imports, particularly protection: by the customs authorities (including registration of IP objects in the customs register; involvement of customs authorities to counteract imports by individuals, smuggling and undervalue of the products while declaring them); by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine; by courts, etc.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team involved in the project included counsel Nataliya Mykolska and associate Anzhela Makhinova.
