Sayenko Kharenko advises Bayerische Landesbank, BNP Paribas and HSBC on USD 110 million syndication to UkrSibbank

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Bayerische Landesbank, BNP Paribas and HSBC, the mandated lead arrangers of USD 110 million syndicated loan facility to JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.

Joint-Stock Commercial Innovation Bank “UkrSibbank”, operating as a Ukrainian retail subsidiary of BNP Paribas, ranks among top three banks in Ukraine in terms of total assets. The recently attracted borrowing will reinforce its retail banking position and ongoing growth strategy, particularly by increasing its range of credit products.
