Sayenko Kharenko advises Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Credit Suisse on USD 250 million Eurobond offering by the City of Kyiv

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Credit Suisse, the joint lead managers of 5-year USD 250 million 8.25% Loan Participation Notes issued by the Kyiv City Administration. This transaction is the forth international securities offering by the Ukrainian municipality.
