Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the provision of a four-year syndicated loan of up to EUR 80 million to JSC “The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine” (Ukreximbank).
