Sayenko Kharenko advises GlaxoSmithKline on obtaining Ukrainian merger clearance for its acquisition of control of the Pfizer’s Consumer Healthcare business

Sayenko Kharenko antitrust team has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) in obtaining merger clearance of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for its acquisition of control of Pfizer’s Consumer Health Business, creating the world leader in consumer healthcare with combined sales of approximately USD 12.7 billion. The deal was successfully completed in August 2019.
