Sayenko Kharenko advises Intellias on the acquisition of Digitally Inspired

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as legal counsel for Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company, in connection with acquisition of Digitally Inspired, a UK based peer, focusing on the Retail and eCommerce industry.

The transaction is aimed at widening Intellias’ portfolio in retail and e-commerce sectors and increasing its market presence in the United Kingdom.

Sayenko Kharenko team provided comprehensive buy-side legal support, including transaction structuring, due diligence of the target company, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, signing and closing assistance. Our firm has also coordinated work of foreign law counsels, including on numerous corporate law matters.
