SAYENKO KHARENKO advises international lenders on USD 42.5 million syndicated loan to OJSC “Finance and Credit” Bank

SAYENKO KHARENKO acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Bayerische Landesbank, Banco Finantia and Standard Bank Plc on USD 42.5 million syndicated loan facility to OJSC  "Finance and Credit" Bank (LIBOR + 1.95 %).

The loan was provided for the period of 1 year. The attracted funds are reported to be used to finance trade-related operations of “Finance and Credit” Bank corporate customers. 

OJSC "Finance and Credit" Bank is one of the largest banks in Ukraine, ranked among Top-10 Ukrainian banks in terms of the shareholders equity and profit achieved.
