Sayenko Kharenko advises managers of USD 150 million syndicated loan to DTEK

Sayenko Kharenko advised Barclays Capital PLC and Standard Bank Plc., on providing a USD 150 million syndicated loan facility to Donbass Fuel and Energy Company (DTEK). The syndicate of foreign banks also included Erste Bank der Oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich Aktiengesellschaft, EFG Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., ABN AMRO N.V., Banque Cantonale de Geneve, Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, The Export-Import Bank of the Republic of China.

Donbass Fuel and Energy Company is a vertical integration of 16 enterprises that build up an efficient production chain, from coal production to electric power generation and distribution.

Sayenko Kharenko team was led by partner Michael Kharenko and associate Olexander Olshansky.
