Sayenko Kharenko advised on EUR 1 billion Eurobond issue by Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs International, the joint lead managers of Ukraine’s new benchmark EUR 1 billion Eurobond issue. The notes were issued for the period of 7 years and bear interest at 6.75 % per annum. For Ukraine, this is the first EUR-denominated sovereign notes issuance in more than a decade.
