Sayenko Kharenko advises on the EUR 200 million loan to Ukraine by the Netherlands

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to the Netherlands in connection with the EUR 200 million loan to Ukraine. The loan with 10-year maturity will be provided through International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Multi-Donor Administered Account for Ukraine and applied for general budgetary purposes.
