Sayenko Kharenko advises on the USD 350 million Eurobond issue by MHP

Sayenko Kharenko acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to J.P. Morgan and ING, the joint lead managers of the USD 350 million 6.25 per cent Eurobond issue by MHP.

This deal recorded a major success for MHP as it had the lowest pricing for a 10-year Eurobond issued by Ukrainian corporate, which underscored the group’s stellar reputation among foreign investors.

MHP is one of the largest poultry producers in Southeast Europe and a leading agro-industrial company headquartered in Ukraine.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team was led by counsel Igor Lozenko and included associates Denis Nakonechnyi, Oles Trachuk, Yurii Dmytrenko and Daryna Sydorenko, with support of junior associates Oleksandra Maksymenko, Sofiia-Mariia Kuzminska and Vladyslava Mitsai.
