Sayenko Kharenko advises on USD 100 million Eurobond tap issue by Trans-Oil Group

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Citigroup, ING, Oppenheimer, Raiffeisen Bank International and Unicredit, joint bookrunners in connection with the successful tap issue of USD 100 million 11.125 per cent secured notes due 2029 by Trans-Oil Group of Companies, a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding with operating facilities in Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, and Serbia.

The additional notes were consolidated with the existing USD 550 million secured notes that were issued by Trans-Oil Group at the end of 2024.

The tap issue transaction received significant investor demand, with the orderbook exceeding USD 300 million and strong participation from top-tier institutional investors.
