Sayenko Kharenko advises on USD 300 million Eurobond issue and related liability management transaction by Trans-Oil Group

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to the underwriter and dealer manager group in connection with the issue of USD 300 million 12.75% secured notes due 2031 by Trans-Oil Group, a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding with origination and processing activities in Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and other CEE countries.

The new issue was coupled with a consent solicitation and tender offer launched by the issuer regarding its outstanding USD 650 million secured notes due 2029.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team was led by Igor Lozenko and included Oles Trachuk, Vladyslava Mitsai, Artem Medvetskyi, Danylo Dashko and Karina Zadorozhna.
