Sayenko Kharenko advises on USD 300 million Eurobond issue by Interpipe

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan, the joint lead managers of a USD 300 million 5-year 8.375 percent Eurobond issue by Interpipe. The transaction closes on the back of repayment of Interpipe’s debt restructured in 2019 and marks the return of the company to capital markets after more than a decade-long pause.

Interpipe is a Ukrainian manufacturer of steel pipes, railway wheels and steel billets, supplying its products to customers in more than 70 countries globally.
