Sayenko Kharenko assisted EBRD in preparation of EBRD Business Reorganisation Assessment

Sayenko Kharenko has contributed to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Business Reorganisation Report, an interactive assessment providing a cross-jurisdiction analysis of business reorganisation tools available in 40 jurisdictions.

The Sayenko Kharenko team assisted EBRD in preparation of the business reorganisation profile for Ukraine, which covers in detail the business reorganisation framework for insolvency in Ukraine, including a visual overview of the main stages of each of the available business reorganisation procedures.
