Sayenko Kharenko congratulates its client, Philip Morris Ukraine, on the successful closure of a tax dispute in the amount of about UAH 635 million, which the firm worked on
Sayenko Kharenko has represented Philip Morris Ukraine in the litigation over the tax charge of about UAH 635 million. After almost 3 years of consideration of the case, the appellate court closed the proceedings due to the cancellation of the disputed additional tax charging by the fiscal authorities, and the appellate court closed the proceedings on this basis.
Systemic efforts, endurance, faith in their righteousness and the common work of the teams of Philip Morris Ukraine, their advisors and Sayenko Kharenko tax practice resulted in the successful ending of the dispute.
