Sayenko Kharenko – counsel for a major European financial group in Kiev ICAC arbitration

Sayenko Kharenko acted as counsel for a major European financial group in a multiparty arbitration before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kiev in a dispute arising out of suretyship agreements securing performance of the finance leasing agreement.
