Sayenko Kharenko has advised on the USD 1.25 billion Eurobond issue by Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, the joint lead managers of USD 1.25 billion 6.875 per cent Eurobond issue by Ukraine. The notes have an 8-year tenor and were listed on the London Stock Exchange.
