Sayenko Kharenko has initiated an interim review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into Ukraine of salt extra with origin in Belarus

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has successfully represented Slavyanska Sol LLC and managed to initiate an interim review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into Ukraine of salt extra with origin in Belarus.

Sayenko Kharenko advised the client, the only producer of salt extra in Ukraine, on the initiation of the review and drafted the relevant demand calling for the review initiation.

Sayenko Kharenko team working on the project consisted of associates Tetiana Tanchyn and Mariia Shulha working under the supervision of partner Anzhela Makhinova.
