Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented the interests of Central Mining and Concentration Plant and Pivnichnyy Mining and Concentration Plant in the safeguard investigation

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade practice has successfully represented the interests of PJSC “Central Mining and Concentration Plant” and PJSC “Pivnichnyy Mining and Concentration Plant” (consumers of three-point chisels) in the safeguard investigation related to imports of three-point chisels notwithstanding the country of origin and export.

Sayenko Kharenko’s services included, inter alia, preparing different commentaries and answers to the questionnaire, as well as representing the client at the hearings.

The investigation was terminated without measures.

Sayenko Kharenko’s project team consisted of associates Mariya Shulga, Tetyana Tanchyn and Olexandra Sandul, working under the supervision of partner Anzhela Makhinova.
