Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented the interests of one of the largest construction companies in Ukraine in litigation concerning the termination of a contract relating to a complex development project.

The legal services we provided resulted in a Supreme Court decision that fully supported the client’s position. The Supreme Court has also acknowledged the absence of grounds for termination of contractual relations.
