Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade practice team has successfully represented the interests of the PJSC “Manufacturing Association Stalkanat-Silur” in an anti-dumping investigation related to the import of ropes and cables originating from Russia into Ukraine. The investigation was initiated on the basis of a complaint by the PJSC “Manufacturing Association Stalkanat-Silur”.
Sayenko Kharenko’s legal support included preparing a complaint concerning initiating an investigation, preparing answers to the questionnaire and additional requests from competent authorities, accompanying an on-site inspection at the enterprise, etc.
Upon the results of the investigation, it was possible to prove the fact of dumping imports of goods to Ukraine originating from Russia, as well as the fact that such imports caused significant damage to the PJSC “Manufacturing Association Stalkanat-Silur”.
Following an anti-dumping investigation, the anti-dumping measures of 50.09 % were applied to all Russian manufacturers and exporters for 5 years.
