Sayenko Kharenko is a legal partner of the project regarding reserving by IT Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko has announced their partnership in the “Bron’ Legal Support” project. The project aims to provide expert legal assistance to IT companies on booking, military registration, and temporary employee travel abroad. The project is implemented by IT Ukraine, jointly with other Ukrainian legal firms.

The project’s mission is to facilitate communication with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in the interests of the IT industry.

The project is designed to provide legal support to existing and potential members of the IT Ukraine Association. The project’s main objective is to ensure that IT companies receive proper legal support in all aspects of their operations.
