Sayenko Kharenko joins UK Experts in Supporting Ukrainian Capital Markets Reform
Sayenko Kharenko partner Anton Korobeynikov participated in a working meeting with Maksym Libanov, Commissioner of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC), held at the Commission’s offices in Kyiv.
The meeting brought together members of the BAC Capital Markets Working Group as part of The City-Ukraine Hub project. Discussions focused on supporting the NSSMC in its efforts to modernise Ukraine’s securities market regulation and build institutional capacity for the future growth of Ukrainian capital markets.
“Supporting the modernisation of Ukraine’s capital markets infrastructure is both a professional priority and an opportunity to contribute to the country’s economic future,” said Anton Korobeynikov.
The City-Ukraine Hub is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office under the Triggering Investment, Growth, and Economic Recovery (TIGER) programme. The project forms part of Pillar 4 (Economy & Trade) of the UK-Ukraine 100-Year Partnership.
Anton Korobeynikov specialises in cross-border finance and international debt and equity capital markets transactions. In addition to his transactional practice, he is actively involved in shaping capital markets legislation in Ukraine.
