Sayenko Kharenko lawyers contributed to the compendium “Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Related to Advertising and Marketing”

Experts of Sayenko Kharenko’s IP practice were involved in creating the Ukrainian chapter in the compendium “Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Related to Advertising and Marketing” by the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance.

A global legal compendium of the laws is related to privacy law and data protection pertaining to advertising and marketing in 73 countries around the globe. It is written by members of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA) a network of the leading advertising lawyers in the world.
