Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel to Industria Veneta Lavorazione Elettrodomestici S.p.A. on application of agency agreements in Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has advised Industria Veneta Lavorazione Elettrodomestici S.p.A. (IVLE) on peculiarities in the application of agency agreements in Ukraine. Sayenko Kharenko’s team advised on legal regulations governing agency relations in Ukraine, and on the enforceability of the draft agency agreement to be concluded with the Ukrainian agent under Ukrainian law. The firm’s support also included advice on IP rights issues, arbitration clause, payments, etc.
