Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to the leading producer of tires on issues related to quality and safety of the products in Ukraine.

Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice on applicable quality and safety requirements, certification issues, information to be disclosed to the end consumers, marking/labeling issues, requirements to be met in case of poor quality of the products (including recall of the products) as well as applicable liability.
