Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to the world’s leading producer of chocolate on potential termination of distribution relations with a Ukrainian distributor.

Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice on possible grounds for termination of distribution relations, applicable law and jurisdiction/arbitration issues, applicable proceedings (including notification requirements), enforcement by parties’ obligations after the relations termination as well as applicable risks (including compensation issues).
