Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel on the sale of a major sunflower oil producer
Sayenko Kharenko acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel on the sale of JSC “Kolos” (Kharkiv region) to Glencore International Netherlands B.V. (Rotterdam, the Netherlands), a subsidiary of Glencore International AG (Baar, Switzerland). Sayenko Kharenko represented CISP Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus), a majority shareholder of JSC “Kolos”, and was involved in deal structuring, preparation of the transaction documents, including sale-purchase agreement and finance agreements.
