Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as a legal counsel to the world’s leading manufacturer of optical instruments and imaging products on potential termination of distribution relations with a Ukrainian distributor.

Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice on possible grounds for termination of a distribution agreement, applicable proceedings (including notification requirements) as well as applicable risks (including compensation issues).
