Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has represented the interests of Adama Manufacturing Poland and “Adama Rus” in an anti-dumping investigation related to imports into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of herbicides originating in the EU.

Sayenko Kharenko’s scope of work included drafting comments on different issues (concerning the application on investigation initiation, answers of the national producers’ to questionnaires, preliminary and definitive reports, etc.); participation in consultations with the relevant Department for the protection of the internal market regarding price undertakings; participation in hearings and drafting post-hearings submissions, etc.
