Sayenko Kharenko represented OTP Bank in debt collection dispute

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented PJSC "OTP Bank" ("OTP Bank"), one of the largest banks with foreign capital in Ukraine, in court proceeding at the Commercial Court of Khmelnytsky Region against the borrower, LLC "HEKRO PET Ltd." concerning collection of debt under the loan agreement.

Despite continuous attempts of the borrower and the property guarantor to delay the proceeding, the borrower was ordered by the court judgment to repay to OTP Bank substantial amount of debt, and, in addition, court costs.

Sayenko Kharenko's team was led by partner Sergey Pogrebnoy and included senior associate Anton Zhdanov and associate Oleksiy Gerasymchuk.
