Sayenko Kharenko represented the client in a civil dispute

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented Gary Bowman, a UK national, in a civil dispute concerning debt collection under the loan agreement and mortgage foreclosure.

The court proceeding was accompanied by the active opposition of the debtor and his property guarantor. Despite this, the interests of the creditor were protected by the judgments of the courts of first instance, appeal and cassation instances and a substantial amount of debt was collected from the debtor. Moreover, the courts held to foreclose mortgaged property – apartments located in the city of Lviv.
