Sayenko Kharenko represented the interests of the LLC “AV metal group”

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade practice team has successfully represented the interests of LLC “AV metal group” in an anti-dumping investigation against import of bars originating from Belarus and Moldova to Ukraine. The investigation was initiated on the basis of a complaint from РJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”.

Sayenko Kharenko legal services included, inter alia, preparation of various comments in the framework of the investigation, preparation of the answers to the questionnaire, participation in hearings, and preparation of a document based on the results of the hearings.

Upon the results of the investigation, the anti-dumping duty rate of 0% was applied to the main foreign manufacturer – JSC Belarusian Metallurgical Plant, with which LLC “AV Metall Group” cooperates, while anti-dumping duties in the amount of 13.08% to 35.37% were applied to all other foreign manufacturers.
