Sayenko Kharenko represented Ukrainian Insurance Group in the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented PJSC “Insurance Company ”Ukrainian Insurance Group” (the “Client”) in the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine concerning USD 11 million insurance indemnity collection dispute. Earlier, in October 2011, Sayenko Kharenko’s litigation team defended the Client in the Kyiv City Commercial Court, and in April 2012 – in the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal. The amount recovered in favour of the insurance company by compensation has become one of the largest in the judicial practice in Ukraine for this type of dispute. Thus, Sayenko Kharenko’s lawyers have defended the Client’s legitimate interests in the first-instance court and the courts of appeal and cassation obtaining favourable judgments for the Client.
