Sayenko Kharenko represents Kyivguma LLC in anti-dumping investigation related to imports into Ukraine of rubber caps for medical purposes originating in Poland and China

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has represented the interests of Kyivguma LLC (a Ukrainian producer of rubber caps for medical purposes) in an anti-dumping investigation related to imports into Ukraine of rubber caps for medical purposes originating in Poland and China.

Sayenko Kharenko’s scope of work included: drafting an application on investigation initiation; drafting comments on different issues (concerning the answers of foreign producers to questionnaires, materials of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on the results of the investigation, etc.); preparing answers to questionnaires; providing representation during on-the-spot verification; participation in hearings and drafting post-hearing submissions, etc.

Following an anti-dumping investigation, the following anti-dumping measures were applied for a period of five years:

  • For Poland – 40.65%;
  • For China – 8.45%.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team included associates Ivan BaranenkoVictoriia Mykuliak, Anastasiia Koltunova and Tetiana Tanchyn, and was led by partner Anzhela Makhinova.
