Sayenko Kharenko represents Profine Ukraine, Salamander Industry Products Ukraine, Aluplast Ukraine and Aluplast Sp. Z.o.o. in the safeguard investigation

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade practice has successfully represented the interests of Profine Ukraine LLC, Salamander Industry Products Ukraine LLC, Aluplast Ukraine LLC and Aluplast Sp. Z.o.o. (foreign producers, importers and Ukrainian producers of PVC profiles) in the safeguard investigation related to imports into Ukraine of PVC profiles used for production of windows and doors, notwithstanding the country of origin and export.

Sayenko Kharenko’s services included, inter alia, preparing commentaries on the application on investigation initiation, answers to the questionnaire, commentaries on the answer to the questionnaire of the investigation’s applicants, commentaries on considerable change of circumstances because of the war.

The investigation was terminated without measures.
