Sayenko Kharenko shortlisted for the 2022 CEE Deal of the Year Award

Sayenko Kharenko’s projects Ukraine’s Consensual Deferral of External Debt Worth Over USD 25 Billion and Ukrainian Railways’ Consent Solicitations for USD 895 Million Loan Participation Notes have been shortlisted for the 2022 CEE Deal of the Year Award.

The CEE Deals of the Year Awards are presented annually by CEE Legal Matters to recognise the deals, financings, and other transactions that drive growth across the region, as well as the legal professionals and firms responsible for their execution. The event website contains the full shortlist.
