Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented interests of the Ukrainian agricultural company

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented SELEKTSIYA LLC, a part of the Monstera group of companies, in the second round of the court proceedings on invalidation of a decision of the local authority to terminate its right of permanent use of land.

During 18 months, SELEKTSIYA LLC has been  trying to overturn a decision of the local authority depriving the company of its rights to the land plot.

Supporting the case, Sayenko Kharenko’s team came up with a complex legal solution aimed to prove illegality of the decision after the Supreme Court ruled for the local authority in the first round.

At the request of Sayenko Kharenkos’ attorneys, the Supreme Court took measures to secure the claim and subsequently overturned decisions of the courts of the lower instances. Claims of SELEKTSIYA LLC were satisfied in full, with the Supreme Court making the final decision in the case.
