Sayenko Kharenko Team successfully Defended Reckitt Ukraine During Regulatory Inspection of Aerosol Product Labelling
Sayenko Kharenko legal team provided legal support during the inspection of aerosol product labelling for Reckitt Benckiser Hygiene Home Ukraine, conducted by the territorial division of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The inspection was conducted throughout the supply chain following the identification of non-compliance in aerosol labelling during product distribution in the retail network.
At the same time, during the inspection of the client responsible for placing the products on the Ukrainian market, the legal team successfully demonstrated that the labelling complied with applicable technical regulations, despite the occasional contradictions within those provisions.
As part of the project, Sayenko Kharenko’s attorneys also participated in a meeting between key market players in the aerosol products sector and representatives of the State Emergency Service. During the meeting, a fundamental agreement was reached acknowledging the validity of the manufacturers’ arguments.
Following the inspection, the client received an official report confirming the absence of any violations.
