Sayenko Kharenko wins two arbitrations in Russia

October 2011, Sayenko Kharenko international arbitration team won two arbitrations against Russian citizens under the suretyship agreements securing aircraft lessee’s obligations under the finance leasing agreement. Sayenko Kharenko acted as a counsel to the subsidiary of the leading European financial group in two inter-related arbitration proceedings before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
