Sayenko Kharenko won a USD 5 million GAFTA arbitration

Sayenko Kharenko arbitration team won a GAFTA arbitration between German buyers and Ukrainian sellers over non-delivery of Ukrainian wheat in summer-autumn 2010. Sayenko Kharenko acted as a counsel to Ukrainian respondent. The GAFTA Arbitral Tribunal dismissed all the buyers’ claims for over USD 5 million and established that the German claimant was in breach of the contract.
