Sayenko Kharenko won the 2025 CEELM Deal of the Year Award

Sayenko Kharenko has won the prestigious 2025 CEELM Deal of the Year Award for its role as Ukrainian legal counsel in Trans-Oil Group’s USD 550 million Eurobond issuance.

Sayenko Kharenko delivered expert Ukrainian legal counsel to Citigroup, ING, Oppenheimer, Raiffeisen Bank International, and Unicredit, enabling Trans-Oil Group to successfully issue secured notes due 2029 across its operating jurisdictions of Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, and Serbia.
