Sayenko Kharenko won the IFLR National Law Firm of the Year Award for Ukraine for the eighth time

According to the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 2024, Sayenko Kharenko has been recognised as the winner of the “National Law Firm of the Year for Ukraine” award.  

The award confirms Sayenko Kharenko’s role as a critical player in the Ukrainian legal market, highlights the firm’s positive impact on the industry’s development, and is another testament to our team’s success. 

This year’s awards ceremony, which took place on 24 April in London, brought together representatives of the best law firms in Europe to recognise the most innovative deals, teams, and firms. 

In 2011, the IFLR included Ukraine in the list of European Awards jurisdictions. Sayenko Kharenko has won the IFLR award seven times since then: in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. This year, the firm is being recognised for the eighth time, which confirms its leadership position in the market.  

This number of awards is the largest among Ukrainian firms, distinguishing Sayenko Kharenko in the market and confirming its high industry professionalism.    

The annual IFLR European Awards recognise Europe’s top law firms across 25 jurisdictions, focusing on legal innovation in cross-border deal-making. The awards showcase transactions that break new legal ground, set precedents, and develop the legal environment for cross-border corporate finance. After extensive research by IFLR experts, award winners are selected based on the firms’ submissions and feedback from clients, peers, in-house lawyers, and finance specialists at international financial institutions.
