Sayenko Kharenko’s counsel contributed to the Tribute Book “International Arbitration: Past, Present and Future”
Olena Perepelynska contributed the article “International Commercial Arbitration in the Russian-speaking world” (Arbitraje Commercial Internacional en el Mundo Rusoparlante) to the Tribute Book “International Arbitration: Past, Present and Future” (Arbitraje Internacional: Pasado, Presente y Future), published recently in Lima (Peru). This two-volume book in honor of the well-known arbitrators Bernardo Cremades and Yves Derains was solemnly presented at the 7th Latino-American Symposium of Arbitration, held in Lima and Paracas from 24 to 29 April 2013.
Ms. Perepelynska, Sayenko Kharenko’s counsel, is a published author of over 60 articles and contributions to collective works on different aspects of international arbitration and is a frequent speaker on various legal issues.
