Alina focuses on investment and commercial arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation. She has nearly a decade of experience handling complex disputes under DIS, LCIA, ICC, SCC, and ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At SK, she advises multinational clients in cryptocurrency, agribusiness, information technology, energy, natural resources, and aviation. Her work includes representing foreign creditors in insolvency proceedings involving Ukrainian debtors and handling cross-border disputes related to debt restructuring, product liability, (re)insurance, and recognising and enforcing arbitral awards and foreign court decisions in Ukraine and abroad.
As part of her practice, Alina also collaborated with an international law firm, working with UK and German teams on arbitration cases and advising multinational clients on dispute resolution. In this role, she participated in an investment arbitration dispute representing an investor in the solar energy sector.
