Alina Kylymenchuk specialises in corporate law, M&A, and corporate governance.
Alina advises private and state-owned enterprises on corporate governance and compliance matters. She regularly develops and adapts corporate policies, procedures, and documentation for companies, including for the banking sector. Alina also prepares legal opinions, inter alia, at the request of supervisory boards, providing reliable support for clients’ operations and informed decision-making.
Alina has extensive experience conducting legal due diligence across various industries. She advises clients on establishing a business presence in Ukraine, corporate structuring and represents clients’ interests before regulatory authorities, providing tailored solutions for complex legal issues.
Her additional areas of expertise include establishing and ensuring regulatory compliance for various NGOs forms, including representatives of foreign Associations/Foundations. Committed to social impact, Alina leads several of the firm’s pro bono projects, contributing to the Ukrainian business community, promoting cultural diplomacy, and supporting infrastructure (re)development.
